About Us
The Michigan Coalition is a group of loosely affiliated churches and business leaders that have come together to multiply our impact with global missions. The only thing that each church has in common is our desire to be a part of a global church planting movement.
For the past several years, a group of churches form around Metro-Detroit have partnered together with the vision to proclaim the gospel to the nations. By combining our efforts we have not only been able to be a part of starting over 3,000 house churches in India and East Africa, but we've created a group of pastors and church leaders that are on mission together.
The Timothy Initiative
The Timothy Initiative is a global movement that makes and multiplies disciples, churches, and leaders. The ministry model is based on 2 Timothy 2:2: "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others." Since its inception in 2007, TTI has planted over 193,000 churches, developed over 1,790,000 disciples, and impacted 1,540 Unreached People Groups (UPGs).
